Things to put in school lunches
Hello, welcome to my blog. Today I will be giving you an Idea of what you can pack in school lunches for people on the SCD diet! enjoy
- Fruit whole or cut up
- veggies whole or cut up
- SCD crackers with cheese
- Meats (no SUGAR added)
- Mixed nuts (make sure to check allergies)
- Salad in a jar
- Eggs (hard boiled are my favorite)
- Avocado
- SCD waffles or pancakes with jam
- Smoothies
- SCD fruit leather (recipe coming soon)
This is not much, but I will be adding to this list as time goes on.
