Things to put in school lunches

Hello, welcome to my blog. Today I will be giving you an Idea of what you can pack in school lunches for people on the SCD diet! enjoy

  1. Fruit whole or cut up
  2. veggies whole or cut up
  3. SCD crackers with cheese
  4. Meats (no SUGAR added)
  5. Mixed nuts (make sure to check allergies)
  6. Salad in a jar
  7. Eggs  (hard boiled are my favorite)
  8. Avocado
  9. SCD waffles or pancakes with jam
  10. Smoothies
  11. SCD fruit leather (recipe coming soon)

This is not much, but I will be adding to this list as time goes on.
